Shrimp, Artichoke And Pasta Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans artichoke hearts, cut up
    3/4 c. oil (olive or Wesson)
    1/4 c. lemon juice (zest of 1 lemon)
    2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 garlic cloves, crushed
    1/4 tsp. pepper (white or black)
    1 lb. boiled pasta shells
    2 lb. boiled shrimp
    1 c. red onion, chopped
    1/4 c. parsley, chopped
    1 small jar pitted olives (black or green)
Preparation
    Use artichoke water and enough more water to cover shrimp to boil; add heavy seasoning of salt and lemon juice or crab boil. Retain water; drain shrimp.
    Boil pasta in shrimp water.
