Salad Lilgeoise(Warm Potato Salad) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. green beans
    3 large potatoes
    1/4 lb. bacon
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 Tbsp. chopped spring onions
    1/4 c. red wine vinegar
Preparation
    Cook beans in salted water.
    They must remain firm.
    Cook potatoes with skin in salt water.
    Dice bacon and cook until crisp.
    Peel potatoes and slice.
    Drain beans and add to potatoes. Add parsley, onions, bacon and fat (as much as you like).
    Pour vinegar in pan to loosen scrapings, reduce, add to salad.
