John Mazzeti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground chuck
    1 lb. large egg noodles
    1 medium green pepper
    1 medium onion
    1 (64 oz.) can tomato juice
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    2 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Brown ground chuck.
    Boil egg noodles.
    Chop green pepper and onion.
    When meat is brown and noodles are done, pour into large Dutch oven.
    Set on medium high.
    Add green pepper, onion, tomato juice and cream of mushroom soup.
    When mixture is boiling, start slicing cheese and add to mixture.
    When cheese has melted, it's ready to serve.
    Great with salad and garlic bread.
