Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. butter, soft
    3/4 c. brown sugar, packed
    3 eggs
    1 c. light Karo syrup
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 unbaked pie crust
Preparation
    Cream butter light and fluffy.
    Add sugar, beat good.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beat.
    Add syrup and vanilla, beat.
    Add nuts.
    Put tinfoil around edge of pie crust.
    Bake at 300\u00b0.
