Souper Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 lb. chicken (thighs and boneless breast works best)
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 soup can water
1/2 soup can milk
1 pkg. dry seasoned stuffing mix
1/4 c. melted margarine or butter
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Wash chicken well and pat dry.
Place chicken in a greased deep baking dish.
Add onions and celery over top of chicken.
Mix soups, milk, water, salt and pepper.
Pour over chicken and vegetables.
Mix dry stuffing mix and melted butter or margarine together and cover the top of the dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours until chicken is tender and topping is browned.
