Breakfast Hash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. hash brown potatoes
2 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
8 smokey links, sliced
2 Tbsp. sweet green pepper, chopped
6 eggs
Preparation

Using a large skillet, brown potatoes in melted butter. Season with salt and pepper. Add smokey links and sweet green pepper. If you desire, you can also add onion. Beat eggs, then add to mixture in skillet. Cook, stirring often until eggs are done. Serves 4.
