Rita'S Good Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    14 oz. bag caramels (wrappers off)
    3 Tbsp. water
    5 c. Rice Krispies
    1 c. peanuts
    6 oz. chocolate chips
    6 oz. butterscotch chips
Preparation
    Melt caramels and water in double boiler over low heat.
    Mix with Rice Krispies and peanuts.
    Press mixture into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Put chocolate chips and butterscotch chips on top. Put into a 200\u00b0 oven for 5 to 8 minutes.
    Take out of oven and spread on like frosting.
