Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/8 tsp. dry mustard
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. water
    1/2 c. corn oil
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    8 c. (10 oz. pkg.) torn fresh spinach
    2 c. sliced mushrooms or 2 c. sliced radishes
Preparation
    Combine salt, sugar, dry mustard, pepper, garlic, lemon juice, water, corn oil and onion in a jar.
    Cover tightly; shake until thoroughly blended.
    Chill.
    Just before serving, combine spinach and mushrooms or radishes in large salad bowl.
    Pour on dressing and toss.
    Yields 8 servings.
