Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    potatoes
    salt to taste
    1/2 large onion, chopped
    1/3 c. milk (approximately)
    1/2 stick oleo
    Velveeta cheese (as needed)
    medium Cheddar cheese (as needed)
Preparation
    Peel and slice potatoes in round slices.
    Add onion and salt; boil 10 minutes.
    Cover bottom of dish with milk.
    Drain potato mixture and put in casserole on top of milk.
    Add oleo. Bake 15 to 20\tminutes at 350\u00b0.
    Take out of oven and top with enough Velveeta
    cheese
    to
    cover potato mixture.
    Let cheese melt. Sprinkle
    with
    grated
    Cheddar
    cheese.
    Let melt.
    So good!
