Hash Brown Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. pepper (or to taste)
1 can onion rings, dried
1 can cream of celery soup
1 tsp. salt (or to taste)
1/4 lb. oleo (1 stick)
Preparation

Grease glass 9 x 13-inch pan with oleo; put in partially thawed potatoes.
Mix soup, milk, salt and pepper; pour over potatoes.
Melt oleo and pour over top.
Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Remove foil.
Crumble onion rings over top and brown 5 to 10 minutes.
