Italian Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. lean ground beef
1 c. grated cheese
2 c. wet bread crumbs
3 Tbsp. parsley
2 tsp. garlic salt
pinch garlic powder
2 eggs (one per lb.)
1 tsp. minced onion
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Mix together all ingredients.
Roll into balls.
Brown on 3 sides.
Put in gravy (sauce) to complete cooking.
