Rhubarb Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pastry for 9-inch lattice top pie
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1/4 c. flour
    dash of salt
    3 eggs, beaten
    4 c. 1-inch rhubarb slices
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Prepare pastry.
    Combine the sugar, nutmeg, flour and salt. Add dry ingredients to the beaten eggs; beat smooth.
    Stir in the rhubarb slices.
    Pour mixture into prepared pie plate.
    Dot with the butter.
    Adjust lattice top.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
