Parmesan Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. plain flour
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
7 medium potatoes (unpeeled), cut in 1/4-inch slices
1/4 c. margarine, melted
Preparation

Combine cheese, flour, salt and pepper and batter potatoes. Slightly overlap slices in single layer in Pyrex dish or biscuit pan. Drizzle with margarine. Bake, uncovered, at 400\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until tender.
