Sweet-Sour Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean pork, diced
    2 Tbsp. fat
    1/2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1/3 c. vinegar
    1 c. pineapple juice
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    3/4 c. green pepper, cut in strips
    3/4 c. carrots
    1/4 c. thin slice onions or 1 Tbsp. onion salt
    1 (No. 2) can pineapple chunks
Preparation
    Brown pork in hot fat.
    Add water, cover and simmer for 1 hour.
    Combine cornstarch, salt, brown sugar, vinegar, pineapple juice and soy sauce; cook, stirring until slightly thickened. Pour sauce over hot pork; let stand 10 minutes.
    Add green peppers, onion, carrots and pineapple chunks.
    Cook 5 minutes. Serves 6.
