V-8 Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (46 oz.) can V-8 juice
1 (12 oz.) can carrot juice
2 medium potatoes, diced
1 medium onion, chopped
3 stalks celery, sliced
1 c. broccoli florets
1 c. cauliflower florets
1 c. sliced, fresh mushrooms
2 medium zucchini, sliced
2 carrots, sliced
1/4 tsp. black pepper
4 c. torn spinach
Preparation

Put all ingredients (except spinach) in a large Dutch oven. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat, cover and simmer 20 minutes.
Serve and garnish with spinach.
