Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 1/2 c. cake flour
    1 1/2 c. oil
    1 tsp. salt
    2 slightly beaten eggs
    1/2 oz. red food coloring
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix sugar, oil and eggs.
    Then add sifted dry ingredients, alternately with buttermilk.
    Add flavoring.
    Add vinegar and soda.
    Mix until well blended.
    Bake in 3 greased layer pans and lightly floured.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
