Wonderous Whipped Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. skim milk
    1/3 c. instant nonfat dry milk
    1 Tbsp. honey (optional)
Preparation
    Pour milk into a small stainless steel bowl.
    Set in freezer until ice crystals start to form.
    Use mixer and thicken by beating in dry milk.
    Continue on high until soft peaks form.
    Pour in honey and continue to beat until stiff peaks form.
    Whip up just before serving.
    Contains 12 calories and 0.1 g fat per 2 tablespoons.
