Stuffed Mushroom Potato - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium size baking potato
    1/4 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. onion
    1/2 c. mushrooms
Preparation
    Put potato in the microwave and cook.
    Meanwhile, stir-fry onion and mushrooms in a nonstick skillet.
    When potato is done and cooled, cut off top.
    Dig out the middle.
    Take onion, mushrooms and potato middle and mix together in a bowl.
    Stuff mixture back into the potato and heat again in microwave.
    Top with sour cream.
