Fluff Orange Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (11 oz.) cans mandarin orange sections
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. orange Jell-O
    2 c. hot water
    1 pt. orange sherbet
Preparation
    Take liquid from oranges.
    Add water to make 1 cup.
    Dissolve gelatin in 2 cups hot water.
    Stir in liquid from orange sections (1 cup).
    Chill in refrigerator until slightly thickened.
    Beat until foamy; add the 1 pint sherbet.
    Beat until well blended. Fold in orange sections.
    Pour into 2-quart mold and chill.
