Teriyaki Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. powdered ginger
    2 cloves garlic, chopped fine
    1 medium onion, chopped fine
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Mix all together and cover meat (beef or chicken). Refrigerate
    and marinate for 4 to 6 hours, no longer than 8 hours.
