Lemon Buttered New Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. butter or margarine
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1 Tbsp. grated lemon peel
1 Tbsp. salt
1 Tbsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
8 to 12 new small potatoes, cooked hot
Preparation

In a small saucepan, melt butter; add remaining ingredients, except potatoes.
Heat thoroughly.
Place hot potatoes in serving dish; pour butter mixture over potatoes.
