Swedish Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    salt and pepper
    onions
    2 c. tomato juice
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients except tomato juice.
    Roll into balls and roll in flour.
    Brown in small amount of shortening. Add 1 cup hot water.
    Boil down low and then add tomato juice. Simmer with lid on until thick, about 30 or 40 minutes.
    Serve with red beans, rice and cornbread.
