Crock-Pot Taco Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. lite ground beef (low-fat)
1 lb. lite sausage
2 lb. lite Velveeta
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 small jar (8 oz.) picante sauce, mild, medium or hot
round tortilla chips
Preparation

Scramble ground beef and sausage until done (make sure texture is crumbly).
Drain grease from meat.
Add taco seasoning.
Mix and stir well.
Set aside.
Cube Velveeta cheese and place in crock-pot on high.
When cheese is melted, stir in meat mixture. Add picante sauce and stir well.
Turn heat to low.
Serve with tortilla chips.
