Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 yellow squash
    1 stick margarine
    2 eggs
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Clean and slice squash.
    Cover with water; cook until tender. Drain well. Return to pan; mash well.
    Add margarine, eggs, cheese, salt and pepper.
    Mash and blend well.
    Pour into casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 25 to 30 minutes or until top is lightly brown.
