Strawberry Fruit Parfait - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. strawberry gelatin
2 c. hot water
1 pt. vanilla ice cream
1 c. fresh strawberries

Preparation

Dissolve gelatin in hot water.
Chill until partially set. Beat in ice cream with beater.
Fold in berries.
Chill.
Garnish with whole strawberries.
Serves 8 to 10.
