Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 C oil
2 eggs
2 C. sugar
2 C. flour
1 tsp salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
4 C. apples, sliced thin
1/2 C. nuts, hickory nuts are good

Preparation

Beat eggs and oil until fluffy; add sugar.
Add dry ingredients and mix well.
Add sliced apples and nuts.
