Cheese Sharp Delights - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
    4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Combine cheese and butter; cream until well blended.
    Sift flour, salt and pepper together; blend into butter mixture. Shape into rolls, 1 1/2 inches in diameter.
    Wrap in waxed paper; refrigerate overnight.
    Slice 1/4-inch thick; place on baking sheet.
    Bake in preheated 425\u00b0 oven until edges are lightly browned.
