Grace Stocker'S Chocolate Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. cocoa
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. margarine
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. grated orange peel
2 c. grated zucchini
1/2 c. milk
1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation

Combine flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.
Set aside.
In another bowl, beat margarine and sugar until smooth.
Add eggs, one at a time.
Add vanilla, orange peel and zucchini.
Alternately stir in dry ingredients and milk.
Add nuts last.
Pour into greased and floured 10-inch tube pan or Bundt cake pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
