Mother'S Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. dark Karo syrup
    1/2 stick butter
    3 beaten eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. (or more) pecans
    pie crust or Cream Cheese Pastry
Preparation
    Melt butter, mix all ingredients and put in pie shell.
    Bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
