Creamed Salmon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 hard-cooked eggs
    1 (1 lb.) can red salmon
    flaked parsley for garnish
Preparation
    Place butter in a 2-quart ovenware measure.
    Cook butter 30 seconds or until butter is melted.
    Add flour and seasonings. Blend to a smooth paste.
    Add milk gradually, stirring constantly. Continue cooking about 6 minutes to thicken.
    Chop 1 1/2 hard-cooked eggs, reserving the other 1/2 egg for garnish.
    Add egg to white sauce.
    Mix well.
    Combine white sauce and salmon in a 1-quart ovenware casserole.
    Cover.
    Continue cooking 3 to 4 minutes.
    Serve over hot toast or biscuits.
    Garnish with sliced, hard-cooked egg and parsley.
