Chili-Con-Queso - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1-lb. lean ground beef
    1 Tbsp. olive oil or butter
    2 yellow onions, chopped
    1 can (16 oz.) petite tomatoes, diced
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    1-1/2 c. roasted green chili, peeled, seeded, and chopped)*
    4-lbs. Velveeta cheese (2 lg. blocks), cut into cubes
    Tortilla chips
