Foil Dinner On Grill - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    6 to 8 potatoes, peeled and sliced
    1 pkg. carrots, peeled and sliced
    2 medium onions, sliced
    garlic salt (optional)
    salt and pepper
    butter
Preparation
    On large piece of foil, put potatoes, carrots, onions and pieces of ground beef; salt and pepper (garlic) to taste.
    Put dots of butter on top.
    Fold foil like a packet, sealing ends well.
    Cook on grill 20 minutes each side or until potatoes are tender.
    Makes 5 or 6 packets.
