Mexican Chicken - cooking recipe

1 chicken
1 pkg. nacho cheese Doritos
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 medium onion, chopped
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Boil chicken and pull meat from the bones.
Heat cream of chicken soup and Ro-Tel tomatoes together until smooth and creamy. In a 9 x 13-inch pan, layer the bottom with crushed Doritos, then half of the chicken.
Add half of the chopped onion, soup mixture and sprinkle half of the Cheddar cheese.
Repeat the layers again and add more chips on top.
