Italian Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. tofu, well pressed
1/2 c. finely chopped walnut meats
1/2 c. grated or minced onion
1/2 c. bread crumbs
2 eggs, lightly beaten
3 Tbsp. minced parsley
3/4 tsp. McKay's chicken seasoning
dash of oregano
Preparation

Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Shape into small balls the size of a walnut.
Deep fry in a wok or skillet until well browned. Drain.
Arrange in a loaf pan or casserole.
Pour spaghetti sauce over and bake 15 to 20 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven. May be topped with cheese before baking.
