Tuna Braid - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 to 2 cans tuna, drained
10 oz. box frozen spinach, thawed and chopped
8 oz. cottage cheese
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. grated cheese
any white bread dough recipe or French bread for 1 loaf
Preparation

Make bread dough 2 hours or more ahead.
Thaw and drain spinach (Swiss chard also works well).
Chop spinach and set aside. Combine tuna, cottage cheese, spinach and cheeses.
