Tropical Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 envelopes Knox unflavored gelatine
    1 can crushed pineapple, drained, save juice
    1/4 c. honey
    2 c. walnuts, chopped
    1 c. raisins
    1/2 c. coconut
Preparation
    In medium saucepan combine juice and enough water to equal 1 cup.
    Sprinkle gelatine over and let stand 1 minute.
    Heat and stir over low heat until gelatine is completely dissolved.
    Stir in honey and then remaining ingredients.
    Pour into 8 or 9-inch baking pan.
    Chill until firm.
    Cut into bars to serve.
    Makes about 2 dozen.
