Ingredients

2 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch flavored pieces
1 (14 to 15 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
4 c. cornflakes
2 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped, drained maraschino cherries
1 1/4 c. finely chopped walnuts
Preparation

Put butterscotch pieces into top of a 2-quart double boiler. Place over hot water until bits are melted.
Blend in condensed milk.
Stir in cornflakes, walnuts, raisins and cherries. Spread the finely chopped walnuts on a piece of waxed paper for coating. Shape about a teaspoon of the butterscotch mixture into a small ball.
Roll in nuts to coat.
Place on a cookie sheet or flat pan. Chill until firm.
Makes 5 dozen.
