Crock-Pot Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 lean pork chops
    1/3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Coat pork chops with mixed, dry ingredients.
    Brown well in hot oil.
    Put chops in crock-pot.
    Add soup and cook low for 6 to 8 hours or high for 3 to 4 hours.
    Serve with rice.
