Coney Island Hot Dog Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    2 medium onions, crushed
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 Tbsp. prepared regular mustard
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (6 oz.) can water
    4 or 5 wieners
Preparation
    Combine everything except wieners and simmer until thick. Grind wiener and add to sauce.
    Stir.
    Cook 15 minutes longer. (Do not brown ground beef first.)
    If the sauce is a little thin, add a few crumbled soda crackers to the sauce.
    Makes 30 servings.
