Chicken Cordon Bleu - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large chicken breasts, skinned and boned
    salt and pepper
    2 slices boiled or baked ham
    2 slices Swiss cheese
    1 egg, beaten
    1/3 c. crushed corn flakes
    1/4 c. butter
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. white wine
Preparation
    Beat boneless chicken (or veal) until 1/4-inch thick.
    Put 1 slice of ham and 1 slice of cheese inside and roll chicken up. Dip into egg and roll into crushed corn flakes.
    Pin with toothpick.
