No Crust Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 stick margarine
    1/2 c. self-rising flour
    4 well beaten eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    7 oz. coconut
Preparation
    Mix sugar and margarine; add flour.
    Beat eggs; add milk and vanilla.
    Mix all together.
    Add coconut and pour into well-greased 9-inch pie pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 40 minutes or until mixture is set and golden brown.
