Wild Rice Waldorf Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked wild rice
2 large Red Delicious apples
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 stalks celery, sliced thin
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. dairy sour cream
1/2 c. peanuts
Preparation

Dice the unpared apples and toss with the mixture of lemon juice and brown sugar.
Stir in celery and wild rice.
Blend the mayonnaise with the sour cream and toss.
Chill thoroughly, but not longer than 6 to 8 hours.
Add peanuts just before serving. Serves 6.
