Lima Bean Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. lima beans
    4 carrots
    2 medium onions
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. broth
    1 c. Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Cook lima beans according to the directions on package.
    Slice carrots and onions.
    Cook in boiling water until carrots are semi-soft; save broth.
    In saucepan, combine butter, flour, broth and cut up Velveeta cheese.
    Stir over medium heat until melted. Alternate sauce and vegetables in 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
