Sausage Breakfast Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage, fried and drained
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
    6 slices white bread, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
    2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    6 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. celery seed
    1 tsp. whole oregano
Preparation
    Saute mushrooms with sausage and drain.
    Place bread cubes in a greased casserole dish (12 x 8 x 2-inch) and top with sausage and Cheddar cheese.
    Mix eggs, milk, celery seed and oregano. Pour over all.
    Refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Serves 6 to 8.
