Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 3/4 c. sugar
1 c. oil
3 eggs
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. self-rising flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
2 c. chopped apples

Preparation

Beat sugar, oil and eggs; mix well.
Mix in apples and nuts. Do not beat.
Bake in tube pan for 45 to 50 minutes at 350\u00b0.
