Sausage Breakfast Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. smoked sausage
1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
2 eggs (1 scrambled and 1 used to seal the crust)
1 1/2 tsp. minced, fresh parsley
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 (10 oz.) tube refrigerated pizza dough
Preparation

In a large skillet, saut the sausage; cool. In a bowl, combine the sausage, cheese, 1 egg that has been scrambled, parsley, onion salt and garlic salt; mix well.
