Hearty Italian Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. mild Italian sausage
    1 medium green pepper, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    28 oz. can tomatoes, cut up
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    2 (8 oz.) cans water
    1 Tbsp. or 3 cubes chicken bouillon
    3/4 tsp. garlic salt
    3/4 c. small shaped macaroni (rings or shells)
    shredded Mozzarella and Cheddar
Preparation
    Brown sausage, green pepper and onion; drain.
    Stir in remaining ingredients except macaroni and cheese.
    Cover and simmer 15 minutes.
    Stir in macaroni, cover and simmer 10 to 15 minutes.
    Serve with cheese sprinkled on top.
