Rice Croquettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. river rice
    4 eggs
    1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 c. bread crumbs, unseasoned
    1 Tbsp. diced and chopped parsley
    black pepper and garlic salt to taste
Preparation
    Wash rice. Cook according to package. Don't overcook.
    Mix all ingredients. Form small ovals.
    Fry in hot oil. Drain and serve hot.
