Cheese Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 frozen hash brown potatoes (large)
1 pt. half and half
1 small diced onion
1 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1/4 lb. oleo
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper

Preparation

Put hash brown potatoes in 2 1/2-quart baking dish.
Place dish on cookie sheet.
