Low-Fat Eggnog - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. egg substitute
    2 c. skim milk
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. nonfat frozen yogurt
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 c. rum (optional)
    1/4 c. bourbon (optional)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in blender.
    Mix well and chill at least 4 hours.
    Makes 10 servings.
